Help Is Coming

A short guided practice, whenever you want one.

Nothing is scored. Nothing you do is sent anywhere. Ad-free, no account, no sign-up — general well-being education, not medical advice or treatment.

The practices, your own practice history, and the earlier results you saved are free. Membership adds the Resources library, and only that.

Pause and notice

A short guided pause, about a minute. Nothing is scored, and nothing you do here is sent anywhere.

Optional general well-being education, not medical advice or treatment.

The six steps · about 60 seconds

  1. Keep your eyes open or use a comfortable gaze.
  2. Notice three neutral things you can see.
  3. Notice two sounds.
  4. Notice where your feet or body are supported.
  5. Take one comfortable, unforced breath.
  6. Continue, repeat, or stop.

What stays on your device

There is nothing to send.

No sign-up, no email gate, no account backend. Your practice history is your own local record, deletable from in-app Settings. No advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no trackers, analytics pixels or external font downloads on this site.

Important

Education, not medical care.

  • Optional general well-being education. It does not diagnose, screen for, monitor, prevent or treat a health condition
  • Not a substitute for a qualified clinician
  • Practices are for reflection, not treatment
  • For adults aged 18 and over

If you used an earlier version

Earlier releases of Help Is Coming included self-report questionnaires. They have been withdrawn and the app no longer administers them. Results you completed before then were never sent anywhere — they remain on your device and stay viewable in History for as long as you keep the app.

If you need support now

This site and the app cannot provide emergency help.

If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area right away. Email support is not monitored for emergencies.
