These Terms govern use of Help Is Coming. They expand the in-app User Agreement for store and website readers. They are not a substitute for licensed legal advice.
1. Age and acceptance
Help Is Coming is provided by HELPISCOMING LLC for adults aged 18 and over. By using the app or accepting the in-app agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree, do not use the app.
Agreement acceptance is stored by version on your device. The app does not collect your age or date of birth.
2. What the service is
Help Is Coming administers rights-cleared self-assessment instruments (currently including DASS-21 and GAD-7), shows plain-language results for personal reflection, and may offer educational practices.
Help Is Coming supports self-assessment and education only. Results are not a diagnosis, medical or psychological advice, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional care.
3. Privacy summary
Assessment responses, scores, and history are stored on this device. They are not sent to HELPISCOMING LLC or third parties for assessment processing. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy. Privacy questions:privacy@helpiscoming.app.
4. Data you control
Assessment and practice history are stored locally for your reference. You can delete them in Settings. For help using the app, contact support@helpiscoming.app.
5. Optional membership
Where offered, Help Is Coming membership is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The core self-reflection experience, results, and scores remain free.
Membership unlocks an expanded educational-practices library and local practice history. It does not change or personalize scores.
Payment, renewal, taxes, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Manage or cancel renewals in your store account subscription settings.
No free trial is included unless a store listing explicitly says otherwise.
By subscribing, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful personal self-reflection. Do not misuse the service, attempt to extract or redistribute assessment item banks beyond normal app use, or use the app to provide clinical services to others.
7. Disclaimer
Help Is Coming is provided “as is” for self-reflection and education. To the extent permitted by law, HELPISCOMING LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The app cannot provide emergency help.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or may be in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your area right away.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HELPISCOMING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the app or site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material in-app changes may require accepting a new agreement version before continued use. The current website text is posted at this URL.
